PAYMENTS

We use 100 % advanced payments. You can employ one of the following options:

     -  cash payment to Internet catalogue courier (only for Moscow and close suburbs)    

     -  bank transmissions (against receipts of any bank of the Russian Federation)

     - electronic bank transmission

DELIVERY

Couriers of our Internet catalogue deliver goods in Moscow and close suburbs. Delivery date and time

are specified by our manager after your order is accepted.

Orders throughout Russia are delivered by express mail. We process your order and send you a letter,

in which we specify the price, the manner of payment and delivery features. Your order is passed to

Delivery Service after you execute payment.

Catalogues are delivered throughout Russia by the Post of Russia, if you order a catalogue alone, or

by express mail together with your order for clothes.

Please, mind the following issues:

All goods purchased in our shop are supplied with two week's warranty (in compliance with Law on

Consumer's Rights Protection).

1. Goods can be exchanged or the price thereof can be refunded only if you preserve goods

   in attractive and compete form (packing, labels, etc.), clothes cannot be worn.

2. If goods are returned for the reasons of production defects or mistake of the manager,

   who processed your order (size, color), the seller accomplishes repeated delivery. 

   Price of the goods is refunded c/w the cost of delivery.

3. If goods are returned for some other reason (e.g., when buyer selects an item of wrong size or color)

   he/she pays for delivery. 

   When price is refunded, costs of delivery are not paid back.

4. Exchange of goods or refund are accomplished against preserved cash desk check or memo-check.
